We all know that it takes a community to raise a child and we are thankful that parents, from all around the world, give us their trust to teach their children and help them grow academically as well as personally. Especially, this year we have seen how strongly we connected not only with our students but also with our parents. Parents and students become part of the MPS family.

One of our German families, who live in Malaysia, posted the following in one of their social media groups:

“With schools being closed worldwide, I would like to share our experience with Merrick Preparatory School in Canada.  Our son joined the school a year ago and we are amazed by their efforts to overcome these difficult times. For parents looking for a good university prep school for their children, check out Merrick Preparatory School (www.merrickprep.com) in Canada (grades 9 – 12). They have an amazing synchronous online learning program with small classes, teachers in their classrooms on campus, 360 degree tracking cameras and highly sensitive microphones and speakers.  Furthermore, the school offers excellent pastoral care and college advisory.  The teachers are amazing!  It’s usually a boarding school, with boarding facilities closed right now due to the pandemic, but re-opening in September 2021.  School fees are reasonable.  I am happy to answer any questions you might have.”
